"I echo all the other bad reviews left for this Quest location. This place has very bad customer service. It wasn't like that a few years ago. I don't know what has happened but I can only assume this is a bad reflection on management more than staff members. As if management would care about these comments, then they would address it to the staff but it is clear (by reading at other messages) that management is not interested in fixing the customer service issue. I simply went to another location. Maybe some other day I'll return and hopefully management has been changed and I'll post a better review. Until then, avoid going here..."

Appointments are not respected. They have no empathy with the patients. My pregnant wife had to wait almost 4 hours for them to see her, they didn't care about her condition. They passed everyone who arrived and nothing to attend to. We are very disappointed in the treatment we received. An experience that I do not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional."

"I went with my 4-year-old son for his annular physical and the girl who had to draw blood did not know how to do it. She pricked him twice and moved the needle so much that the blood would came out and then go back in. When I told her not to do that because it hurt, she told me no, that what she was doing to my son didn't hurt and I told her that it did hurts because they've done it to me in the past. Another boy had to come and he immediately took the blood from my son. It wasn’t my son's veins, it was the nurse that didn't know how to do her job. Long time ago Quest was a place full of professionals but now anyone gets the job. Very bad experience and very disappointing. Also the nurse fingernails were longer than the tube they use to collect the blood. If someone is going to work with the public, they should not have such long nails, most likely that was the reason that she couldn’t take my son's blood correctly."

"They barely have any appointments available, so most of the time I’ve had to walk in. If you’re a walk in you have to wait till all the appointments are taken care off, that means you could be waiting like 3 hours. I’ve been here since 10:00am it’s already 1:00pm, be ready to wait. Also my urine test came back contaminated, not sure what they did but This place sucks."
