"Overall my experience was great. I had my own room which was nice. The food wasn’t horrible. You can also do your own laundry and bring your own detergent. The BHT staff was very helpful and nice. They treat you with respect and kindness. My caseworker was great. She helped me do a life skills program that really helps with planning your day and setting goals through your day here and it helps you prepare for when you get out. She also set me up with a great aftercare plan. Brandy, my caseworker went over and beyond making sure I was good here and make sure I have a great plan leaving. All the therapist were very knowledgeable and great facilitators. Shelly was amazing and really helped me recognize areas I needed to work on in my life. She would meet with me twice a week. They have volleyball and other activities throughout the week. My only advise is to go to your classes. You only get 30 or some people only got 21 days. So make them count!"

"Wonderful experience here. All of the staff are so great and nice. They take care of you and they care so much. I had two issues and they took care of me immediately without hesitation. I’m so thankful I chose White Sands as my treatment center. I learned a lot and I don’t feel like doing my drug anymore. My case manager was amazing and helpful. If I happen to struggle with my addiction again I will only go to White Sands. A big thank you to every single staff member.
