"This place has changed so much, the workers look unhappy 95% of the time and tend to be rude. The lines are ridiculous and it really makes no sense coming here unless you’re a new donor otherwise 3 hours for$ 50-$65 makes no sense. CSL needs to fix this if they want to keep their returning donors Trust me this place is not it anymore. You’re better off finding a different location."
"I met with Mrs. Fullmore during my appointment to do my physical , and I was impressed by her professionalism and helpful/ kind demeanor. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I sat down in her office! Her knowledge and ability to address my concerns and enthusiasm to get me all set up to donate made my experience smooth and enjoyable! I would recommend this location over and over based on my experience with her! 10 out of 10!"
"Horrible location. I'm glad after a year going here I finally left. Half of the staff is just disrespectful and careless. Very negligent with their testing. John the floor manager sucks and talks about donors in front of other donors alongside Floor manager Brenda. They are paying so much for people to refer but let their employees and managers threaten you won't donate there for any little things they don't like. Hopefully they do better."
"Absolutely terrible experience. I went in as a returning donor. I waited for over 2 hours, was put in and out of a medical exam. The whole process was disorganized and It felt like they weren't communicating with me as a customer. The trainee medical examiner did great. The woman who took my donation and a lot of the people in this establishment have no idea what they are talking about. I sat on the donation bed ready to donate, and this woman tells me that my vein is too small. After HOURS of waiting, as if I didn't have plans or things to do myself! Then she tries and tells me, since the machine is new, it will beep off of the slightest mess up. As if I'm stupid and haven't done this over 50 times before! She didn't even tie my arm properly so my vein could come out, then said it's too small; when all the other centers have no problem with my arm. I will never set foot in this CSL ever again. Those women are not even nurses, but wanna tell me my veins to small? I could do a better job than her at her own job!"
"When leaving reviews, I don’t normally post photos, but this one needs to be left here! CSL Plasma is no good. I am a diabetic of over 20 years and I have never in all my years of doing labs and blood work had a situation where someone gave me bruises! What’s worse is they went from one arm to the other so now both arms are bruised! After trying both arms carelessly jabbing and fishing around, she sent me home with nothing but bruises. She told me to come back in two days and try again. Here I am two days later and after going through a three hour long process, I go to sit in the bed and a different lady comes to assist me. She tells me that I’m not able to donate because I have bruises on my arms and she asked how I got them. I advised her that with the other person who assisted me two days prior, gave me the bruises when she carelessly stuck me. When they checked my vitals in the beginning, they should have told me, but I did not qualify to donate because of my bruises instead of making me waste another three hours of my time for nothing! My suggestion to you is to go to a different plasma center, possibly from a different company. These people at CSL don’t seem to give one care in the world. They will bruise you at any cost and furthermore, they will waste your time making you wait in long lines just to tell you at the very end that you don’t qualify when they should’ve told you since the very beginning!"
