"If you ever get a chance to come here do your own research with coverage. I LOVED the staff and Princess was my GIRL! She was with me for about 3 years now and I loved having her. Lately though for almost all the time I've been there, billing and insurance issues have never been easy. They bill incorrectly. No matter when I go, no matter what coverage, once I'm there I have to pay for services. However, they have owed me refunds at least twice. I've had to harass the lab for money back for incorrect coding. Nothing the office does is done correctly through billing. Billing has been such a fight. And now as I go to schedule, they "accept my insurance" but have not been telling me that I can't meet with Princess anymore as my insurance hasnt been covering her apparently for some time. And they have been charging me upon arrival so I have to pay in order to get service to later receive a refund for improper billing. I loved going here. I drove an hour just to see Princess, but the billing issues were just not worth it anymore. Please, double check on your own how much things will cost and not just if they accept your insurance, but the doctor or NP too. Thanks for everything WC."
"The pandemic is over!! This inability to have a support person sit in the waiting room with you is ludicrous. They have no problem putting your loved ones outside in the cold or the rain if they are not being seen by the physician. Checking-in in the middle of the waiting room is also an invasion of the patients privacy. People waiting in the lobby don’t need to know why I’m there and what my insurance will and won’t pay for."
"I also want to express my gratitude to Angie, the mammogram tech at the Woman Center. She made my first mammogram experience incredibly easy and comfortable. Angie engaged in conversation, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the process. Her patience and friendly demeanor made a significant difference. The overall customer service at the Woman Center exceeded my expectations, and I will be recommending it to family and friends. Thank you, Angie, for making a potentially nerve-wracking experience so positive!"
"Now before I start this review, I do just want to say that I have not had a problem with the actual physicians or the interactions I’ve had with them. My issue is with the “policies” this practice has and their assisting staff. On multiple occasions I’ve had aids walk into my exam room without knocking. One not even realizing that I was in there. I spoke with a doctor about this and they claimed to have spoke to the staff about it. Yet it happened twice more. Aside from that, there have been two occasions where I’ve signed releases for my medical records and was met was combatant front desk staff members and given the run around about HIPAA. Laws in which I am pretty well-versed. The information they were trying to use to prevent be from gaining my records was false and borderline illegal. I was also told that even after signing the release and having it be reviewed before release (which I don’t understand the need for either) I may not even receive my records in their entirety. It is not up to this practice to decide what parts of my medical information I am given and what I am not. Long story short, I obtained my records this second time that I went to the office. Though only after I asked for names and titles. Needless to say, a formal complaint is going to be filed with names of the people I had interactions with and hopefully they will review their “policies” to better align with the law and human decency alike."
