"Horrible front desk and customer service. After seeing the doctor for months and notifying them a month in advance of my insurance change and them saying they accept my insurance. They call me ONE DAY before my procedure to tell me they don’t accept my insurance."
"English is poorly spoken throughout office. Interrupting conversations behind the desk to check in. Nurses coughing. Doctor behind schedule over a hour at 9am. Forced to pay for parking at a medical establishment, absolutely unacceptable, then parking was full. Had to walk 4 blocks to park. Avoid at all costs, unless your native Spanish speaking. Very uncomfortable experience."
"I called to make an appointment ( first time) and the woman who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. I asked her name twice, but she replayed “ Caroline”and a low tone of voice and I couldn’t ever heard her clearly. Very disappointing for the first impression of a doctor's office."
"VERY POOR ATTENTION. The front desk receptionist will not allow me to discus my concerns with an office manager or anyone above her, therefor I will gladly write a google review in regards to my concern. I was scheduled for an endoscopy procedure on July 1st. On June 30th at 5:00pm I was called to be informed my appointment was now cancelled and rescheduled to August 2nd because I did not have a PCR covid test.. In which I would have taken should I have been informed. Called the office on July 1st, 2021 to speak to an office manager in which the same receptionist, denied, put me on hold and proceeded to tell me afterwards that no one in the office willing to take my call. How do you cancel someones procedure the afternoon before? Much less, how do you forget to inform patient a PCR covid test is needed for procedure? The lack of professionalism is disgusting. Receptionist needs to be fired, lacks customer service. This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever encountered. Do not waste your time here!"
"Took my mom for a follow up to check results and I have been waiting 2 hours and they haven’t called us. Incredible. The doctor is great but the front office needs to do better. They have a questioner that most older people can’t even do. Very disrespectful to patients time."
