"went in as a new patient . staff was very friendly and helpful. met the cna for the first visit to go over what meds i was on and what my concerns were from my old doctor. she was very helpful and got right on my problems and got my prescriptions that i was low on sent out right away. i would definitely recommend going here if you need a doctor."
"I am a patient at the poinciana location. She is the kindest and gentlest Dr. I have met in many many years. I moved here from out of state and was pretty to very worried about finding a good family doctor. Between her and her PA I could not ask for a better team and the gal out front who is the receptionist is an absolute doll. they are all blessed and I very kindly for that. "Called and scheduled physical appointments for November 2022. Was seen by the nurse practitioner few months later received bills stating that we owed money because they did a new patient consult appointment. I called and spoke with Napoleon the office manager who advised us that they do not do physical appointments on the first visit and he is confident that his staff scheduled these correctly and we were told that they were new patient appointments. I informed him I’ve been in billing and medical for 30+ years and worked in multiple offices in which his reply was each office has different policies, in which I fully understand. That being said, I explained to him, but I know Billing and I know what I was looking for a physical appointment that day because there would’ve been no out-of-pocket cost for my daughter or myself. It is now June and we are nowhere close to rectifying this. He claims that there’s multiple billing issues within their system and that I am not the only patient that he is working on which is understandable but if there’s multiple issues do your homework do you research so you can close out Someone’s concern instead of running circles and circles. He is very defensive and protective of his staff and he is confident that his staff is telling people that this is a new patient appointments and that they don’t do physicals etc. no where is that listed nowhere is that indicated in any paperwork and again now this is more than six months later, and we’re still trying to take care of a bill with no compromise and no solution. He claims to have called me multiple times in which I told him I am more than happy to go to your office with my cell phone records to show you that you have not called me multiple times because I am very responsive and very receptive and I want to get this taken care of cause I don’t want this bill to go to collection. I have contacted the billing company and received no response so do yourself a favor and think very carefully about where you go because the office manager is in way over his head and he is going to talk circles and provide no solution. He even went as far as telling me that me and my daughter had our insurance put in differently when I am the subscriber and she is a dependent on my insurance and we have the same insurance so if I have a deductible, so does she . It’s actually sad that this is how a patient is treated especially a new patient and at this point I will never return to this office .I’m just gonna call the insurance company and have them look into it. Edited: Napoleon has called back to advise there is nothing he can do and billing will remain but has added to his new patient paperwork that there may be a charge. After 5 months of dealing with this the bill will be paid but i am highly disappointed in the results and how this was handled. Do better!! Please make sure you ask how your bills will be billed and processed and have it put in writing as Napoleon will vouch for his staff and state he is very confident in how they schedule. Next call will be to insurance."
