"Very disappointed in whatever is happening w Village Medical. I see Dr Beachy and absolutely love and adore her. This is no reflection on her at all. (she is by far one of the most caring Drs I have ever had) However, I have several medications that I take. One newer one that has been doing great but I have to been seen to get a refill. My appt was coming up. It was cancelled. I called they told me Dr beachy was leaving. Then they said the office was closing. They basically told me I couldn't get my refill now that I needed to find a new Dr. Thank Goodness I found where Dr Beachy went. She was booked for a few weeks. So in the meantime I have to go without the medication. I just feel like if they knew they were closing or whatever was happening they could of had a better way of ensuring ppl didn't just go without medications. I can't be the only one. I mean they could have atleast helped with me one more month until I got into a new office. I even had someone message me thru the portal and say to request a refill thru pharmacy. I did. They denied it. Then when I called just now they said I have to find a new Dr. They have no appts."

"Dr. Banuchi is fabulous!! She so easy to talk to and does not rush any part of your appointment. She made this a very comfortable first visit. My husband and I highly recommend her. We feel like our health journey is safe in her hands!"

"I selected Village Medical as my primary care physician because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new one. Last year I went for my annual physical. I had an appointment and was taken to an exam room. After the medical assistant took my vital signs I sat there for an entire hour waiting to be seen. It was very cold and nobody ever came in to check on me or to advise me of any delays. I attributed it to a busy afternoon and not a lack of attention. This year, I also made an appointment for my physical. When I arrived there were only two people in the waiting room. From listening to them, they did not have appointments but had walked in for urgent care. Again, I was taken back to an exam room close to my appointment time. The medical assistant checked my vital signs and left. That was the last time I saw anyone until I walked out of the exam room an hour later. Two years in a row they left me without ever checking on me or advising of any delays. They tried to talk me out of leaving by saying that they would find out how long it would be and then telling me it would only be 5 minutes- without checking. Both of those things can't be true at the same time. Then the medical assistant said she was sorry she didn't check on me because she was busy with other patients. However, when I came out of the exam room I could see her across the hall in an office on the computer. Once can be explained, twice is a pattern. I won't be back."

"We loved Dr Debi, and her nurse. Very nice and professional. They definitely cared for my husband. I wish you took My Blue. I would burn rubber to see the staff. The office was very clean also. Jack Monello"
