"Excellent place to get your bloodwork drawn. I notice the chief complaints are from people who might be needy and/or just don't follow instructions. Unlike the 80s when you had to wait for hours to get seen, at Quest im in and out in 20 minutes. For those complaining about not being seen until hours later it might be because they don't follow instructions and expect preferential treatment and if they're not accommodated then they'll give a negative review. Download the app. Make your appointment. Enter your insurance info. Get there on time and Done. No need for a human to be on a front desk if people just follow directions. Also, there are 2 kiosks that are very easy to use for walk-ins. Obviously if you're a walk-in you're going to have to wait if the majority of the people there already have appointments."

"Checked in as a walk-in 40 minutes before they close for a drug screening. The kiosk said it would be a bit of a wait, so I accepted and took a seat. Someone else came and checked in as a walk-in after me, and they were placed before me on the waiting list. Then, 40 minutes later, they pop their head out and announce they're closing and to just come back another time. Normally when a customer comes into a business before they close, they are attended to, even if they close before they can get to them. I swear this company would be bankrupt if so many employers didn't force their employees to go here if they want to get or keep their job."

"The kiosk was a surprise but very quick and convenient. My wait time was very minimal. Two ladies worked with me and had me out in 3 minutes flat. One lady made me smile and the other lady who drew my blood was efficient and gentle. Thanks for an fast and relatively painless experience, ladies!!"

"Had a scheduled appointment, got there 12 minuest early and still had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It is entirely self check in with no one to speak to for inquiries. My name was on the waiting screen after I self checked in and them after a while disappear. At lease the young lady that attended me was polite and kind. She made the process very easy."

"Worst place ever to get your blood work done! I don’t even know where to begin on all this things wrong with this lab. Like seriously! Customer service is non- existent because there are NO people there to greet you and explain how to check on when you come in. There no office to check into or answer any questions via a human being. There are four walls, 2 very small kiosks, and in giant monitors to show you what appointments are are being seen next. That it! A person from the lap comes out from tile to tile to call names and that is about the extent of human interaction until you have your lab work done. For get about asking any questions to the people calling names, their English is so bad they had a hard time communicating with English speaking patients who did try and ask them questions. Please listen to when I say this… PLEASE make your appointment via calling their customer service like because there were “walk ins” that had been there for over 2 hours without having their names called. Also, and they don’t tell you this, even if you have an appointment, YOU STILL HAVE TO CHECK IN AT THE KIOSK, or you appointment will be completely skipped over. No joke! In one case, a gentleman has been sitting there as a walk-in for 2 hours only to be told, when he did manage to ask a nurse a question, that they were not seeing walk-ins today!!! There was no sign or explanation prior that walk-ins were not being seen that day. So, once you do get in you walk into a very industrial looking hallway with numbered rooms. The blood work people kept talking to each other in Spanish, which is fine, but it’s considered rude to talk in a different language in a professional environment as is can make people who don’t speak that particular language feel awkward. My particular nurse was bumping gangster rap while she drew my blood, which was so weird because this lady had to be like in her early 60s! Who does that? If Walmart ran a blood work lab, this is exactly the kind of service and people I would expect to see here. The care here is below mediocre and is just plain bad. I will never be back here. EVER! If Walmart ran a blood work lab, this is the exactly the kind of people and antics I would expect to see there. Hard pass for me!"
