"Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this “medical facility” . Told me I had to wait 6 MONTHS after a c section to get an MRI done. Most unprofessional people ever . Not to mention the conditions of the place"

"I had an apt at 2 and when I reached there, they told me I have to wait for at least 2 hrs. crazy! After discussing with manager they let me in for MRI, around 2:40. Parking is bad. Always full. If you want CD, you must tell them. They will not offer you this. They charge you $5 for CD."

"Pleasant experience overall, great value. I drove from Naples, FL and they saved me hundreds of dollars. They have two pricing schedules; one on weekdays and the other slightly more expensive one weekends. Because of work I could only make it weekends and they gave me the weekend price. Had a Catscan done, was fast and painful. Would definitely recommend."

"The experience at this center was HORRIBLE from the beginning. The customer service is deplorable. Every single person (except for the radiologist) I came in contact with had an attitude. I was extremely nervous for the procedure I was going in and ALL the personal made the experience WORSE. I will never EVER go back there and will never recommend anyone to go to this place. I will much rather pay a bit extra next time for some decent customer service. And good luck trying to get your results to the correct doctor, God forbid you're dying!"

"I had a very bad MRI experience here, it took about a month to schedule the appointment and about 5 hours of calls to the insurance company. This was the cheapest place by about $300. The machines were very old and they didn't provides any music during the MRI, which made the MRI seemed like it lasted forever. Two weeks after the study I called to make sure that my doctor had everything. They haven't sent anything, they sent the reading and I had to go in person to get the CD and PAY an additional amount for the CD, mind you that this MRI was for a surgery and the whole point of getting it was to get the images prior to surgery. The staff was very nice and friendly."
