"Please consider finding a more reputable testing site than here. I arrived at 8:50 and got in line behind the building. They do not open until 8:30 which does not correspond with the hours online. the testing area was a small room, there were no safety precautions (no hand sanitizer or markings on the ground for where to stand) and no regulation of how many people could be let in at a time. there were 2 workers one of which had his dog in his lap. you swab your nose your self. The operation seemed very unprofessional. I would highly recommend finding a Walgreens or cvs to get tested at instead."

"Website said 8am; they did t open till 8:30. When asked about opening time the intake man became irate and would not allow the wrong person in for his test. This in take person (with a cane and dog in his arms) was rude and short temperd."

"My family and I went here on Tuesday January 4th for a rapid tests. While waiting in line TO GET TESTED WE RECEIVED OUR TEST RESULTS THAT SHOWED WE WERE ALL NEGATIVE. Here’s the thing… WE HADN'T BEEN TESTED YET. We never received any test results after the email we got while still standing in line waiting to get tested saying we were negative. My wife ended up in the hospital the next testing positive and having trouble breathing. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the only place for hundreds of miles. The tip jar on the counter for the dog was extremely unprofessional. They are also not on the list of approved testing sites for the state and are also not in the system according to the FDOH and ACHA. Do your research and don’t make the same mistake as many have. Stay away from this place. There’s also a segment on WINK news you can use as a reference if you don’t believe this."

"Not to be a Karen, this place was so un-professional. If you are at high risk in your age group or medical conditions go somewhere else. The two guys doing the testing weren’t wearing masks, but offered n95… ironic right? Dog was presentable… I’m not allergic but I am thinking of the ones with allergies. They had a tip jar out … laughable."

"Did a rapid test on December 23rd (and specially asked for travel). I'm still waiting for the results (today is Dec 29th)!!! It is NOT OK. They're telling people they'll get their results during the same evening and you DON'T! If you're dokng it for travel purpose, don't go there. Book in advance and pay your test somewhere else. I'm really MAD at them, they put me in a bad situation (had to drive 6 hours to Orlando) to find another testing facility during the night in order to catch my flight. NEVER AGAIN."
