First Choice Kidcare

"This Dr’s office, if that’s what you want to call it is an absolute joke. The evening prior was spent at E.R. Where my son got X-Rays all to confirm he broke his wrist at summer camp that day. This “Dr’s” office REFUSED to send the referral so my son could GET HIS CAST PUT ON, to the orthopedic. Until we drove 45 minutes out of our way to their office to get a physical. Mind you my son had one at another location 2 months ago, in order to start kindergarten this upcoming school year. I do not know the connection between a physical on their record and my son who medically NEEDS on his broken wrist prior to the weekend ( it’s Thursday!) They gave me the run around all day. I called them first thing in the morning, after being on hold 25 minutes. I was told they would call me after the referral was sent, no one EVER called me back. So again I reached out at 2 p.m. just to find out that they were in fact NOT sending a referral bc they wanted him to come in and get a physical.??! This is not the first incident with this faculty and their lack of customer service/ sense of urgency but this was the last straw. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever!!"

"The absolute worst service ever. Will drive 3 hours longer than the hour drive to find a better clinic. One and a half hour wait with an appointment. Took back other patients that arrived after us with a later appointment time. I suggest NEVER using them."
