Stand-Up MRI of Fort Lauderdale

"Waited a week an MRI is done. There was told that it would be a standup MRI and then I would have no problem doing it there. Well once again the bait and switch what they tell you on the phone is not what you get when you go there, they tried to put me into a machine that I wasn't gonna fit comfortably and lay down on my shoulder, which I told him in the phone, I could not do they tried to ask me to do it like what's wrong with you took me into the standup part where I was originally supposed to go to find out that my shoulders wouldn't even fit between that I had the feeling that they've done this to a lot of people before as far as the medical Director Eric information just came out to give me the receipt where they had already charged me avoid this place my advice save yourself some aggravation."

"This was the most unaccommodating establishment. Wouldn't have given it 1 star. Right before my appt I a was contacted by my bank about fraud. As I was dealing with it as dealing with the bank is bad enough. Called the establishment and explained what happed and I am on my way. She said we understand see you shortly. Got here and the perrson at the desk said we have to reschedule. I tild her ehat happened and no discussion I walked out. In a place you don't want to be at anyway when you take the time to do it, it messes up your day. Especially when the establishment cancels appts reschedules at their whim and the best just make you wait because they are backed up. What was really upsetting only one person in the waiting area. My time is valuable and canceling really creates a problem. Not a fair trade of time. Very onesided. Won't be coming back and will let my contacts know where not to go. Contacting Aetna as well. As they should known about their business partners."

"Horrific customer service!!! The radiologist missed a tear in my rotator cuff that my doctor found so the MRI report was erroneous. My concern was insurance may not pay for treatment going forward so I called Stand UP MRI Ft Lauderdale and asked them to review the scans and issue a corrected report. THEY REFUSED TO REVIEW THE REPORT. Now I have an erroneous report that say I do not have a tear in my rotator cuff when My Doctor says I do and my shoulder is in extreme pain!!!"

"I had an extremely positive experience at Stand Up MRI in Fort Lauderdale. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I couldn’t have asked for more! From Jeanette Rivera at the Front area and Annetta Edwards also at the Front area on to the wonderful Laura the MRI Tech, they are terrific and work together to ensure that what could be an uncomfortable process is a very successful procedure. "Perhaps the worst medical provider I have been to in my life. Even though I had been a prior patient, they claims because I did not arrive 15 min prior, they cancelled my appointment. Just make appointment for 15 min earlier then. Makes no sense. I even filled out everything on their website, still took forever to get the appointment because it seems some staff do not know how to make appointments. More than one problem with this place to begin with no customer service. Also was hard to notice the place with no sign identifying the place as Stand Up."
