"They are closing offices, they closed both in Tampa. They are supposed to send allergy drops every 3 months. They dont, then I call and nobody answers. I leave a voicemail and nobody calls back. Do yourself a favor, go to a professional. This company is anything but professional."
"To say that I am extremely upset would he an understatement. I have been coughing up BLOOD and unable to swallow and the soonest appointment I could get was a month and a half out. I asked about my insurance and they said they take it. I get a call the EVENING the night before I’m supposed to finally have my appointment and someone leaves me a voicemail saying I’m out of network but I can pay out of pocked when I arrive at 8am tomorrow morning. This place is an absolute scam and I will also be contacting my referring doctor about taking them off their list of referrals. UPDATE: I just got a no-show bill for $50 FIVE MONTHS LATER for the atrocious experience listed above. So glad the billing department seems to be on top of everything but no one else is! Scam."
"I had an appointment here at 1130 today got here 15 minutes earlier for them to tell me I was out of network so I would have to pay $600 for an allergy test. Completely disrespectful not to at least call me and tell me that I was out of network. The receptionist answer to me was, I don’t know why no one called you. Well I just drove 45 minutes from Altamonte springs and had to take off from work. Very rude!!! Just like your time is important mine is too!"
"In my 28 years, I have yet to find a doctor who actually takes the time to explain everything and not rush the appointment. That all changed after my visit today. 10 out of 10 would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an ENT. The whole experience was exceptional!"
"This office was awesome. Got me right in, did a CT scan in-house, so no hospital or extra visit. The Dr showed me the scans and went over my options! Definitely would go back. The office is clean and the staff were so nice and helpful!"
