Her team has been equally exceptional in taking care of us, especially Kendall and Kimberly. NP Courtney was the coolest, kindest, and funniest care provider we had in Tampa. She was very gentle and understanding of our concerns. We wish she could deliver our baby, as we are sure she would make us laugh through it all. This is the best place for IVF support. "This is going to be a long one so buckle up! Primary Doctor - Dr Sprague Starting with the front desk staff. I first met the front desk woman in St Petersburg. She was our first face we met at Shady Grove and she was extremely kind. The front desk ladies in Tampa were who i interacted with the most, although i unfortunately did not catch either of their names. They were always friendly and so excited for people's journeys. On my last day in the clinic, one of the woman was cheering me on asking to see my sonogram photos and told me that i had to send photos as soon as we had the baby so they could see! I also met the front desk staff in the Wesley Chapel once and had a wonderful experience. Our first meeting with Dr Sprague was the best conversation I have ever had with a Dr. We had all of our medical records from our two previous fertility clinics and she went through them page by page with us. Dr Sprague is caring, informative, and honest. I 100% felt like she cared about helping us get pregnant. We weren't just a number, but a couple going through a terrible fertility journey and she was going to help us make it to the end. All of the people at the Westshore location that take blood/vitals were very welcoming. I felt comfortable with each person and never was "upset" that I got one specific person over another. They all made comforting small talk that made me think of anything other than the needle. I wish I wrote down all of their names!! The monitoring techs (not sure their official title) were amazing! I met with one in particular for most of my monitoring visits and she was so nice!! I forgot her name but i appreciate her so much! The two RN coordinators I worked with were Kendal and Kim. I wish I could give them both hugs (and a raise). I called them SEVERAL times panicking about something that happened/could happen and they always called me back with calm and kind attitudes. I know I was irrational a few times and they handled everything with grace. These women were there for me every single day (i tried not to call over the weekend unless there was an emergency, which I never had, so not sure if they work weekends). I appreciate both of them more than they could ever realize. For my egg retrieval i would like to give a huge shoutout to my anesthesiologist, again I do not remember her name. Going under anesthesia is scary and my husband even felt safe after talking with her. Every single person that day made me feel so safe and extremely seen. We didn't have Dr Sprague for our egg retrieval, however, the Dr we did have was very kind for the short time I interacted with him. Once I got in to the procedure room, there were several woman working together for my procedure. It was a very vulnerable experience and I never once felt uncomfortable with anyone in that procedure room. They even laughed when I cracked a joke! After the procedure my husband was walking into my room as I woke up. I didn't have to wait for him which was very appreciated. We found out how many eggs were retrieved about 15 minutes after I woke up. I didn't feel rushed to get up and leave after waking up. They made sure I took my time when getting up and moving around. Dr Sprague called me on my way home to congratulate me on our retrieval and let me know next steps. We were kept informed over the next 5 days before our transfer on further embryo counts. We did a fresh transfer with Dr Sprague and I felt like it went so smoothly. My husband was able to be with me and we were able to watch the entire procedure on the ultrasound screen. There were several woman in the room and it honestly felt like they were cheering me on the entire time. Also, huge thank you to the embryologist that chose our beautiful embryo and took care of our others! I know I missed so much and forgot a LOT of people's names that helped me get through this entire process. I am so grateful for my experience at this clinic and wish we had gone here the first time, although third time's the charm right? Thank you to Dr Sprague and the entire SGF staff!!"

"We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sprague, our nurse Kim, and the entire SGF team. From our initial visit with Dr. Sprague, we immediately felt so comfortable with her. Her and our nurse Kim were always in close contact with us, making sure we understood everything and were comfortable with everything, were quick to answer any and all of the crazy questions we had, and were so kind throughout our entire treatment cycle with them. They made the fertility journey a little less daunting just by being so great with us. We absolutely recommend Dr. Sprague and our nurse Kim to anyone looking for help with fertility! Although we were sad to "graduate" from SGF and have to leave Dr. Sprague, we are so excited to be expecting (after a shorter period of time and less intense treatment than we originally expected thanks to SGF!)."
