"If you can avoid this practice I would do so. It is not run like a proper medical office but rather a corporation with a bottom line to meet. I had both of my children through this office and in the past year or so it has gotten unbearable. I love love Dr. Tijerino and when I heard she was moving on to other opportunities that was the final straw. The good doctors are all jumping ship. They also double billed my insurance for an IUD insertion because Dr. Barton started the process but then had to leave the office for a family emergency. The iud was not put in during that appointment and I had to go to a different office to have a different provider finish the process. They call me from a 1-800 number daily. When I answer to explain the double billing they say disregard until it’s worked out with insurance but continue to call and harass me daily."

"Everybody there is amazing!! The person at the front desk, the scheduling coordinator, the nurses, lab technician, and the doctor - they all take the time to really listen and make you feel like you are their only patient. They are all very caring and considerate."

"mistakenly merged my file with somebody else's, and shared my information against HIPAA rules. Did not return my calls. Said they would call me by the end of the day and did not. Feeling issues. 40 minute wait time to get in touch with somebody on the phone. I really liked my Doctor Who left because of some of these issues and I like the doctor that I have now. It is not their fault. This is administration from the CEO down. Huge mistakes being made. Horrible customer service. Losing or mixing up somebody's file is just horrendous"

"I’ve had two of my three babies with this office (didn’t have the last one there do to insurance change) but otherwise couldn’t recommend a better choice of office and staff ! Today I went in for a women’s wellness check up and Jesse the medical assistant was so kind and caring,super informative . She’s what you need in your day for that smile!! Dr. Logeswaran had great bedside manors, didn’t feel rushed , as well informative and she went out of her way to bring something to my attention. Always happy and highly recommended anytime I have friends going through pregnancy or just a wellness check !!"
