"I have to let everybody know how amazing this lab worked for me and my parents. We had less than 24 hours waiting for their PCR results, decided to call customer service to ask for the status of their tests, and the girl who took care of me went the extra mile by taking their payment and use it for the Near PCR test instead, so they could get their results only in one hour later so they could take their flight the next day... I'm trying to say, nowadays, it's very difficult to find businesses that actually work things out with you, that actually help you, that show you that actually care for the customers' needs... "Still waiting for my Covid 19 test results. They assured results within 24-48 hrs. Yeah right...."
"So disappointed in this lab. Needed results for PCR quickly on a Saturday. Promised 24-48 hr turnaround so my husband and daughter dropped everything and drove 45 minutes to them. I am currently going into day 5 without results yet. Customer Service was kind and empathetic and I really wanted to see it resolved (they said it was a courier issue). Once the samples were received by their lab this morning (day 4), they said I would have results by 6pm. It is 8pm and nothing. I can excuse it all if they made my samples a priority. It’s obvious they did not so here is my honest review."
