"Norma was absolutely amazing! I had a test I needed to do for nursing and got the runaround and finally made it to Labcorp. Miss Norma was so nice, kind and accommodating. It’s a shame she can’t anymore help from Labcorp but regardless I will be back! Thank you so much Miss Norma!"

"I understand the software outages are out of their hands, however it would be nice if they would notify people that their appointment is cancelled because of that. I have no way of knowing that they run off that software. I don’t really appreciate having to drive 45 minutes round-trip just to have my appointment cancelled. Not only that, but this is the only appointment slot that was even available before my next OB appointment. The fact that they only have one appointment available for a three week time period is ridiculous. I wish that the VA would work with anybody BUT Labcorp, because getting seen is the biggest hassle."

"Took my mother here as a walk-in and was seen surprisingly fast (within an hour) for a Monday around 11:30am. This location is very short-staffed, but Norma was a champ, checking people in and doing the blood work, etc. all by herself. Norma was great with my mom (who is a hard stick with rolling veins, so it takes a while to get blood from her), they were both cracking jokes about mom’s veins and she successfully got the several vials of blood we needed. Thanks, Norma! (Also, be sure to bring a sweater since they have to keep the building ice cold!)"

"What a Disaster! Arrived here 15 minutes before appointment. Used their website for appointment and also to check-in. The front desk is so sad… very old Lady with 1:30PM appointment still waiting at 2:33pm…!!! I left! What a disaster. Feels you are in a backward country. I wouldn't trust them to pinch me."

"395 North Main Street Where, Kissimmee,FL: Where do I start? Firstly, it's a lovely place, located in a great spot and even on the busline. It's immaculate on the outside & inside. The young lady at the front desk, was very pleasant & friendly. But the employee that impressed me the most? That would be the phlebotomist, that did my bloodwork, Norma. This amazing & phenomenal individual, got 8 vials, like it was nothing. Usually after the 1st vial, then barely any in the 2nd vial, my veins stop cooperating (I have difficult veins). But Norma worked magic & got everything needed, quickly, painlessly, and neatly. Needless to say, I'm still impressed. I'm so impressed, that I wish I could have her on my upcoming surgery. She's beyond good at her job. She's a miracle worker in my book! Great job LabCorp & Norma! I hope Norma us being paid well! This is the best place to go for bloodwork in my book. Thank you again!"
