However, like the other reviews on here, I can confirm that the receptionists don't pick up the phone, don't return voicemails, don't answer pharmacist refill requests, and generally don't seem organized or friendly. I've been trying to get in touch about a follow-up appointment for over a week, and can't seem to get anyone from the front desk on the phone. I finally gave up and found another dermatologist"

"Have went here a few times. At my last appointment I arrived on time and was rudely told "I called you!" and informed there would be a 30 minute wait. I asked if they left a message and was told no. I understand things happen (a surgery had been scheduled), but that's fine. I expected to have a very short appointment. 40 minutes later I was told it would be at least 20 more minutes, but it was clear the receptionist was trying to get me to leave. I came back 20 minutes later and the receptionist rudely told me the doctor had already come out and I wasn't there. Generally it has been fine, but their front office staff are impolite and don't care about their patients. There are plenty of dermatologists in DC and I don't plan to waste my time with them any more."
