"I find services like hypnotherapy to be very intimate, requiring a lot of trust. The challenge for me and I suspect for many others, is how do you choose the right service provider. "Today was my first hypnosis session. Hypnosis was recommended for me in the past to help deal with diagnoses from the past but I never really looked into it until after I tried Yoga, meditations and medications.
