"I’ve waited and waited hoping to not make this post but alas here I am 11 months without any reconciliation for the damages caused by David. About a year ago David came to my house and did some work on a toilet. It went so well that I thought let me have them all done while it was unneeded at the time. I felt that I was up keeping the maintenance on my toilets. David had done work in two of my previous homes without an issues… while he worked we chatted about my kids, the upcoming 4th of July weekend etc. David knew I was traveling next day for the weekend he ‘completed,’ his job and went on his way. That weekend we went away I had a dog sitter in my house 4x a day feeding and watering my pets. We came back 3 days later and my daughter went to use her bathroom and came to tell me it was wet on her bathroom floor. I immediately ran up there to find the toilet was leaking, went back downstairs to our office (the door had been closed all weekend) to find that the toilet had leaked and flooded the office the entire weekend. In sheer panic I called Laurie, who send David over right away. In retrospect I should have never called them and called a 3rd party so David couldn’t hide his mistake. Laurie’s first question to me was ‘you didn’t shut off your water when you were gone,’ I said Laurie I had a dog sitter here 4x a day who needed to give my pets water so no I would not think to shut off the water and I was gone for a weekend. David shows up flustered as we’re dragging out soaking towels, kids are crying etc. my husband then comes home since our house is flooded! David comes down and says I found the problem. And snaps the waterline to the toilet (rubber at the time) this cracked and leaked, I replaced it with a steel one. I was like no wait a minute it was leaking from the bowl he then asked if I was calling him a liar? I said that is not where it was leaking from. (I had photos) he then got belligerent with my husband, threatening him calling him names and blaming us for the issue. Now sure it wasn’t his fault it went so long without being noticed but he took zero responsibility for what happened and instead blamed it on us. So then I had another plumber out to check all the other toilets and 2 others were leaking! It was not the waterline but the gasket was not set right so it was leaking from the top tank. Insurance covered most of the damages after I paid a 5k deductible. They attempted to get reconciliation from David’s insurance company but here we are 11 months later and I’m still paying out of pocket for damages myself. All we asked was for him to do the right thing after years of being our ‘trusted plumber.’"
"Laurie was such a huge help today! Our bath wouldn’t turn off, and we don’t have a home shutoff valve, so I called to see if someone could come help. Understandably so someone couldn’t come immediately, so she walked me through over the phone what to do and I was able to get the water shutoff! She was so nice and we’ll definitely be using them in the future!"

"Despite other positive reviews, my experience with No Worry Plumbing was very bad. I called and spoke to the owner’s wife to request an appointment to repair a toilet in my house because the tank was slow to fill. Almost immediately, she tried to convince me that I had a whole house blockage (I was pretty sure I didn’t) and that they did not have the ability to do that work. I said if there were a blockage, I was pretty sure it was local to my toilet and that I still wanted the appointment. The appointment was made and I was told to expect the plumber, her husband, between noon and 1 PM the following Thursday. I arranged my calendar accordingly, but 1 PM came and passed -- no plumber. Around 2 PM, she called and again tried to convince me to call a company named Zoom Drain. I asked when her husband would be arriving and she mentioned another plumber named Matt who was on his way. I thought this was a one-person mom-and-pop shop, so I was surprised to hear a different plumber was coming, but I said that would be fine. I asked what time he would arrive and she started backpedaling, saying he hadn’t left his other job yet. Then she told me she had called Zoom Drain on my behalf and that I really should call them. She added that her husband was at a dental appointment. Pretty inconsiderate of my time. Reluctantly, I called Zoom Drain, a company I was unfamiliar with. She had said they were a small company, but with a little bit of checking, it was clear they were a national company, similar to Roto Rooter. I talked to someone in their office (toll-free number, so clearly a national company) and she kept insisting they would come out to do a free inspection. I asked for that in writing in an email, and she reluctantly sent it. Two “technicians” (not plumbers) arrived an hour later, and ascertained, as I had suspected all along, that there was no blockage. They also told me the inspection was only free in the first 15 minutes and after that there was a $230 diagnostic charge. This is not what the email from their customer service rep said. I’ve seen companies like this before, with their rate books and their commissioned “technicians”. They offered to replace the fill valve -- for $330! I said thank you, but no thank you. They left. I called back to No Worry Plumbing to ask, again, when her plumber would be coming. I also mentioned in my message that it was only a fill valve. Surely, they are capable of that level of work. I placed two calls, left two very clear messages and it has been over a week and my calls were never returned, despite their message that says we will always call you back. I recommend choosing any other plumber than No Worry Plumbing. They were disrespectful of my time, ruined my day and left me without a repair. I suspect they have some profitable arrangement to send business to Zoom Drain which is worth more to them than the $150/hour they charge (not including an additional charge for travel time), given the pressure she put on me to use them and not her company. I don’t know what’s going on -- maybe her husband is now semi-retired, but I would never use No Worry Plumbing or recommend them to anyone."
"When you call a company it is refreshing that the owner or his partner-the wife answers the phone. I sent a picture of my issue which was helpful. We made arrangements for a given day to replace the plumbing Bibb to the faucet outdoors. They sent back a picture of the finished job. I am very pleased with No Worry Plumbing Company. I highly recommend them and if I need work in the future, they will be the first place I call. Five stars all the way."
