"Needed my washer pump and headlight assembly fixed, called at 2pm to check progress and was told they just brought it in. I supplied all the parts and picked the car up at 5:30 where it was already parked outside. I was charged $795 for 3 hrs labor."

"Called on phone to get back doors fixed. They wouldn't open. He said bring it in and he would give me an estimate after he examined the problem. I took it in and called about 5 hours later to see what the status was and how much estimate was. He said o I already took it apart and it would be same amount even if he stopped and didn't complete repairs. So it cost me 468 dollars for about a 250 dollar job. Lesson learned"
