"The customer service of this Home Depot is the worst of all the Home Depot’s I’ve ever shopped at! Particularly their delivery service. The company screwed up the delivery of a dishwasher and a range and after three attempts for each. We got tired of tired of dealing with the incompetency of the delivery people, we purchased both from Lowe’s hardware who had fantastic service. The worst part of all of it, is the store manager and the corporate resolutions people couldn’t care less! Their mistakes were our problem, not theirs!"

"Their online chat customer service options are VERY slow and tedious. In addition, Home Depot seems to be in the habit of canceling online orders or parts of orders without any explanation as to why. The inventory system they use leaves much to be desired as well because there have been multiple times that the online system will show that there are many of a particular item in stock only for one to make the hour-long trip to their store to discover that they have none. I recommend calling the store to have a staff member personally pick the item from their shelves and hold it for you before wasting your time if you can get lucky enough for them to actually answer the phone. Back in the day, Home Depot was great for customer assistance, but alas, they are no longer."

"The Home Depot your bonita springs store was by far the worst experience I ever had. This assistabt manager said she was too busy to assist. Spoke to me with the worst attitude I ever seen. She would not look at me said I needed to go to a different home depot for my needs, she was borderline racially profiling me. Shame on you home depot for having someone like her represent your company."
