"This company will get to you quickly and that’s about the only positive thing I can say. They do NOT stand behind their work. I had a drain issue, involving water backing up in the sink. I explained it happened when the dish washer AND washing machine drained. They snaked the kitchen drain, but never the washing machine. I called two days later because the sink still backed up when the washing machine drained. They tried to charge me again (same price as before) to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time. The technician failed to ever check the washing machine drain. I understand paying a service call, but I refused to be charged double. As for refusing the camera inspection there was nothing said about it voiding the “warranty “. The technician actually left my home, then returned in a few minutes because he had forgotten to offer it. It was explained that it was a courtesy and included in what I paid for if I wanted it. It’s July in Florida, it was sweltering outside, and since he packed up all his stuff and left I saw no need. If he would’ve mentioned it voided a warranty if I refused, or that you would not stand behind your work, then obviously I would not have refused."
