"We were awakend at 7:30 that they were ready to finish installing and testing. Told power would be off for an hour or so. We waited without power to make a cup of coffee and some breakfast for 3 hours, finally went to drive through for breakfast After 4 hours finally done. They need to be better at telling the customer what will happen. Also provided photos of the equipment but not the generator panel with the model and serial number to connect to the app. Very friendly and seemed to do a good job with the final installing."
