"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We reserved a unit for 8/1 and when we showed up this morning, no one was there (and hasn’t been there to this point at 12pm). No one is answering the phones or returning calls. Beware! The office staff is not reliable to be available when they should be."

"Beware!!! This company bought the storage facility where I rented a storage unit for 15 years. My credit card was hacked and because a new number was issued, the payment was denied. The previous management would have placed a notice on the unit immediately when the card was denied. We came and went from the unit during the time between the denied payment and the date of the auction. People’s Choice did not place a notice on my unit until 7 days before the auction and after they had racked up astronomical fees!!! This is unethical and unconscionable!!! Now my wedding dress and children’s infant clothing are in the hands of a stranger!!!"

"Zero stars. There is NO gate that works. There is NO one that stays at the facility on a daily basis. There is NO cameras and there is no electricity. If the local kids dont unplug your Camper plugs then the breakers kick at about 9-10 amps on a 20 amp fuse. This place just needs to be torn down and start over. They will yes you to death and once you pay the bill you will never hear from them again. Phone just rings and rings. Kaye must work for them !!"

"They bought out our previous storage company gave us two months to move are goods out at our expense. We then received a call we weren’t paying for 7/13 and 8/13 we looked at our records had paid per our bank on 7/13 and 8/25 after the call. Just received a lien notice 8/29 for payment for 7/13 and 8/15. Very litigious people."
