"Called Sunday morning around 9am expecting to go to voicemail, and was greeted with a rude I'm assuming owner or someone close to that telling me not to call for just pricing on a Sunday morning. Didn't go anywhere from there since they hung up on me. I see now they have 2 Google searches 1 with business hours and the other has no details except the phone number which is the one I saw. Either way customer service was horrific so never got far enough to get actual septic service."

"Please do not waste your money. This is a known bad apple in the septic business in our area. They came and charged me $450 in cash, of course. They did not do the proper inspection and gave us the wrong inspection report. The seller and buyer of the house had to order 2 separate septic inspections to confirm that this company was wrong and the septic system drainfield does not need to be replaced. We were told by 2 separate septic companies that this KW Services is known in the area to only try to make money by telling people that their septic is not good and need replacement. They did not even perform one of the required steps to complete their inspection, which is to pump out the septic. I talked to 2 separate septic companies and a dear friend of our family who is in building houses for over 35 years and they all said the same thing. I paid them cash and that was not smart on my part and it should have been a red flag. Owner name is Ken and his son works with him using his dad license. Both are bad apples and shouldn't be trusted."

"I called quality septic services under the assumption something was wrong with my Plumbing we were able to discuss my issue over the phone rather than him come and take my money for no reason he told me what service I need and who to call for my issue thank you sir for your honesty if I ever do need a septic service I will definitely call this gentleman"

"Great service, fair priced, we had a septic installed it was pretty straight forward. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was because we had the dirt/sand settle and the tank was exposed, I called and spoke with Angelo while indo know that rain was holding them back instill had to wait almost three weeks before they could come out and throw more sand on top. I called maybe 4 times in 3 weeks. Not a big deal we weren't without service its just the inconvenience of having to call. Overall a good experience, Josh and his crew are great group of guys.
