"BUYERS BEWARE !!! They are the lowest of the low. they prey on the disabled and elderly. They have a history of selling properties they don't even own and when people request documentation for proof of ownership they say we working on it( yeah past 10 years they have been working on it). The park is run down with rodents and roach infestation. If I was given a choice to move here or live on the street the street would be much cleaner. Run with your hard-earned money."

"69th comment here. Also there's a huge pest problem in this park, they got roaches, mice, snakes, mosquitos, and parasitic park owners. All the Trailers are super old and made with drywall and asbestos. Mold and water leaks are common. The park should really take down all these old trailers before someone ends up dying in them. That being said St.Petersburg (hell all of Florida) still needs some affordable housing."
