"Everything at first was great. 100.00 monthly increase was quite a shock after being told something totally different at signing. Units were clean and kept up as long as you don't mind homeless people living in the units which were basically okayed by management. Along with vagrants hanging outside being questioned by police Lots of other options in the area for alot less money."
