"Today was my first time donating plasma and I had a really good experience… except almost passing out. I was 15 minutes early and seen before my scheduled time. I was checked in, had an initial blood sample taken, and went to a computer to read/sign off on documents (all together took less than 30 minutes.) Everyone was friendly and I was given high-protein snacks and an electrolyte drink. I was given a physical by nurse Monica who was professional and kind. Nona was the person who gave me the actual blood/plasma extraction and made me feel so comfortable- she was thorough with describing the steps of treatment (and I hope you become a doctor someday!) The only downside was breaking out in a full sweat/nausea/weakness/lightheaded. I told Paula and she quickly got me on saline and feeling back to normal. Sam came to help out and was so kind and made me feel safe and cared for. Then nurse Michael hooked me up with some more snacks and information about my experience while I waited to be cleared to go. Overall, what matters most to me is the care that I receive in any medical situation and these folks care. Thank yall! I’m going to try again and eat more beforehand."

"Staff was extremely welcoming, informative, and professional. The facility was spotless and well maintained. Every question was answered and my every need attended to. Amanda, who took my vitals was very sweet. Gianni, who completed my initial physical was top marks in professionalism and very approachable. Megan, who attended me at the blood draw station was confident and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Everyone had a great sense of humor too. Thanks again!"

"I really love all the staff at the Greenway location. I just wish there were more people able to answer phone calls. I leave 3-4 voicemails sometimes to get results and I have never gotten through when I call .I only speak to someone when I finally get a call back. Otherwise The staff is great. The lines are super long sometimes .But, that is not the staffs fault. The nurse Gianni is so sweet,thorough and friendly. I always feel very informed when speaking to him."

"I was invited in for a great promo and decided to do it. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and when I went in, checked in, there were over 20 people ahead of me in line. Two people checking in people (at least 10-15 per person) and unfortunately not a good experience. Staff friendly enough but the condition and treatment of “life saving donors” is not acceptable."

"I would give negative stars if I could. This place is a total joke. I had been going there for several year's and go back when they do there returning donating specials. So went back today and had to do there physical, cause it's been so long. So during there physical I told them about past surgeries, I have told them about every time I had a physical. I had spleen surgery at 16, it was removed but came back, and have a normal functioning spleen. Today they accuse me of withholding that info. The car accident that cause the issue is listed but I supposedly never told them about the spleen surgery. This is something I have always told them and been told no big deal, so long ago, it's fine. Now today I get accused of withholding that info and can no longer donate. I work in health care and know the importance of complete disclosure, I've never held that info back. I always thought it was amazing that my spleen regenerated back to normal size, so I always mention it, always. Now they question my integrity and say I never disclosed it to them, I have, always have and always will disclose that. Funny how every time I've gone in, the only staff that stays the same are the front desk and the staff that do your blood pressure and finger stick.. Every nurse or phlebotomist is different every time I have gone, wonder why, and management... LMAO I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.."
