"I've been to a lot of dentist and have had several bad experiences, but I have to say this one was fantastic. Everyone was very sweet and genuinely cared for my teeth and not just the money in my pocket. I also had to bring my 2 year old with me and everyone was very kind and caring amd patient to him while momma got work done. Definitely recommend and now my new forever dentist. "I have not gone to the dentist is an embarrassing amount of time because the last time I went was a horrible experience. When I finally built up enough courage to book an appointment, I saw that north valley family dentist had amazing reviews. I took a chance and wow, I’m so glad I did. Becky was the first interaction and she walked me through everything and made sure I feeling okay through out. After some xrays, I met dr. Mcnew. He talked me through what was going on and educated me on it. I had to schedule a different appointment for the cleaning it self and they introduced me to the hygienist before leaving to get to know her before my cleaning. My fear and anxiety are not completely gone with one visit but I’m so glad I found a place like this! Everyone is so nice and friendly and truly care for their clients experience.
