"First and foremost I was referred by my hair stylist so I called to make a appointment and I was told I had to pay a 50.00 consultation fee that would go towards my treatments if I chose to do any. I paid it reluctantly because I never had to pay for a consultation. So I made it to my appointment and was consulted by I believe was the owner of facility. She did discuss treatment options with me but I wasn’t completely convinced with her suggestions. I then left facility not knowing that I would lose my 50$ if I didn’t take a treatment package that day?! I did call them the same day to ask for Botox treatment but I got no answer. So two days later I called again and the receptionist stated that I had to purchase a treatment the day of my consultation in order for my 50$ to apply. I was furious and told her that I was interested in Botox and she said the owner asked to purchase an extra 10 unit’s and she would honor my deposit?? I was quoted 20 units and I didn’t need another 10. Anyways I find this to be very insulting knowing that you want me to spend more money in order to get my consultation fee worth while? I never had a experience like this! I did do the Botox cause I didn’t want my deposit to go to waste but I will never return to this facility again. I believe this lady should advise all clients on the phone that if they don’t decide to purchase a treatment YOU will lose your 50 $ deposit. This is the first time I heard of paying a 50 $ deposit at a med spa. So another words you’re paying for her time….. and then to lie and say I called back 1 week later, when I called the same day I left and got no answer then I called them Monday cause my appointment was Saturday! Then she was passing messages between her staff and myself to spend more money so I wouldn’t lose my deposit!!! People be aware of this facility as they want your money and will not be honest to you up front that you will lose your deposit if you walk out of that door without purchasing a treatment THAT DAY!!!!!"
