Whether you're planning a camping trip, reserving a park shelter, or simply exploring the area, our user-friendly online system makes it easy to plan your adventure.

Fort De Soto Park is renowned for its expansive 236-site family camping area, equipped with modern amenities such as picnic tables, grills, electricity, and showers. The campground also features designated pet-friendly sites, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. For those seeking a more rustic experience, primitive youth camping is available at both Wall Springs Park and Fort De Soto Park, requiring a reservation and permit.

For water enthusiasts, the nearby Shell Key Preserve offers a unique camping experience accessible only by watercraft. Visitors are encouraged to embrace a "leave no trace" ethic to preserve the natural beauty of this sensitive environmental area. Please be mindful of the rules and obtain a Shell Key camping permit for your stay.
