They're very attentive, follow up proactively and are generally very caring and kind. The space is also relaxing and doesn't feel like you're at the doctor's while you wait. Highly recommend."

"Nurse Melissa scheduled me for lab work between 8:00am and 12:00pm. I drove from Clarksville, TN. Mrs. Keisha at Women OBGYN Obstetrics & Gynecology directed me across from their Offices to LabCorp. I was greeted by Ms. Carlei. She made me feel so relaxed. Although I’m not a fan of needles and I explained that my veins roll. Ms. Carlei got it on the first try. Both Ms. Carlei and Mrs. Lu are an Extraordinary Team with unlimited patience. I appreciate you ladies for making my first visit back to my favorite OB - Dr. Barrett a wonderful one."

"The doctor I see is wonderful, that is not my issue. The issue is the OFFICE. First, it’s not pregnant woman friendly, the waiting area is indeed beautiful but terribly uncomfortable. All the sofas are extra deep and a challenge to get comfortable in and get out of. They’re now implementing digital check in. The problem is it’s the exact same info for pre-check in so it is redundant. If I did pre-check then just tell me to say I’ve arrived not do the exact same check in I did two days ago. I also had planned on paying my balance in person, but I won’t be if it’s all digital payments. So then, when you don’t pay on the digital check in, NOW they ask you to come to the front desk to pay. It’s a small issue, no doubt, but it’s unprofessional to first turn me away then call me back up to ask me the same question. I’ve had too many issues with billing from this office to not wait for an EOB to verify their accuracy on billing. The appointments are also confusing. Twice now I’ve had an appointment with the doctor, had my husband take off of work just for the visit to be a nurse visit. It should be communicated what the visit is for and who I will see. I get reminders for my “doctor” appointments but not US appointments. Thankfully I was on top of my calendar and checked the portal and lo and behold there was an apt at 10:30, not 11 like my reminder text said. For some reason, they will book appointments prior to their “opening” at 0800 but won’t answer the phone if you call at that time. I was running about 10 minutes late for an 0745 appointment and tried to give them a heads up but they don’t answer before 0800. The US dept that they contract out doesn’t give printed US so all you get is a text with images. Even if you ask they say their machines don’t print. It’s disappointing. Their lab is also contracted out and requires a deposit for every lab draw. Mine “was only” $150 but the lady next to me had to pay $600. When I ask for outside orders they tell me no. I understand the challenge of outside lab results but I’m an adult and can get my results communicated to the doctor. I get you don’t recommend outside labs but to flat out say no is bizarre. Again, the issue is the office, not the MD. I won’t recommend them at all."

"DR. SHELBY IS INCREDIBLE! I cannot say enough about her. I would have never switched Ob's if it wasn't for Dr. Mccullough retiring. She had delivered both of my sisters so I was apprehensive about making a switch. Dr. Shelby came highly recommended from Nashville girls group on FB and she over delivered on expectations. 10/10. So glad I found my new office!"
