"I had my rhinoplasty done here a little while back and although it was a good experience due to the friendliness of the staff; I am still dealing with open scars that i had hoped would eventually close, from what i assume to be from stitches that weren’t properly done. I truly wish I could give this place 5 stars as i really did have a good experience internally - However, i now have to live with holes in the side of my nose until i can afford to have their mistake fixed! UPDATE *** After reaching out to them via email that was provided to me in their response to this review and explaining the situation once again, they told me I would have to pay $800 to fix the holes left in my skin. Seeing as I already paid over $6000 with NO warning or indication that I would possibly be left with multiple holes after surgery, I argued that it was ridiculous that I have to pay for this to be fixed. They then told me that different skin types can cause different scarring and this wasn't their fault because all surgeries have the potential to leave a scar, "some more visible than others". I then asked if I were to pay to have these scars fixed and the outcome does not resolve the issue, would I need to pay another $800 to get it fixed yet again and I never received a response. When I first went here for my consultation, I thought this place was going to be great and I truly loved Dr. Young. However, if I would have been told that I would potentially have MULTIPLE scars/holes in my nose as an outcome of this surgery, I would have gone with a different surgeon that felt more confident in that not happening or at least one that would cover the fix if it did happen to occur. Very disappointed that I chose this place and would not recommend them for a rhinoplasty."

"Ladies, I know you don’t know me but I promise you, you will love me if you take my advice and go see the ladies at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery!!! Chloe at the front desk is the perfect way to start your appt! Her beautiful, welcoming smile make you want to come back just to visit her! And then you get to meet Delanie! She is so brilliant, knowledgeable, and flipping wonderful to be around. Oh and did I mention she’s is a master of her skill (My treatments: Dysport and Lip Filler - I can’t remember the name) She did an amazing job of listening to exactly what I wanted and what my concerns were. She also address my (husband’s) financial concerns because if I could afford it, they would have every pay check! Do yourselves a favor ladies, go to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and tell Chloe and Delanie hi for me!"

"I woke up this morning feeling absolutely beautiful! I got my lips injected and asked about my chin line and she said I had a recession so she put some filler in there and it looks gorgeous! Delaney is awesome. Update: I went to Dr. Levi Young for liposuction. After my baby, I just didn’t like the way my belly looked or my back. I had played around with it, wanting to do it for many years. I worked up the nerve to go to a consultation with him. And his lovely nurse. It has been three weeks and I’m already seeing a slimmer midsection. I am beyond happy with my results. In my opinion, Dr. Young is a God! He has an artistic eye! My body still looks proportionate, and I have that beautiful hourglass figure that I have always wanted. Totally worth it."

"I had nothing short of a great experience with Dr Young and his staff! Very welcoming from the beginning of getting an appointment set up for a consult until after my last recheck! I went in for a Breast augmentation consult and was not pressured about anything. Dr young told me what he thought would be proportionate and Marlee helped as well. The day of the surgery went very smooth as well, made sure I was comfortable! I highly recommend seeing Dr Young. If I ever think of getting any other work done I’d go back to see him and his staff!"
