"This correspondence is not about your administration’s decision to terminate the Director of Music Ministry. This is about your pompous lack of respect for how the decision will affect the Music Ministry choir members. And in turn, affect the congregation that you say you care about. 1) one choir member lost her daughter-in- law about one year ago to a accidental drug overdose. Thus grandmother, at age 74, has taken it upon her shoulders to raise her two teenage grandsons. They tragically were never allowed to go to any church. They were introduced, with great skepticism, to the Catholic faith at the memorial service at Holy Cross and have been attending mass nearly every Sunday with their grandmother. They have become comfortable in the family of Holy Cross. The Music Director is a friend of the family and has given the family support and encouragement for the two teens to become followers of Christ in the Catholic faith. Their acceptance is now being challenged because their grandmother and their mentor will not be actively engaged in the mass. Oh yes, they will find another sanctuary, however, they will suffer setbacks. Is your Administration to be blamed? No, not your Christian, Evangelist Administration. 2) the guitarist for the 10am Mass of Celebration has been praised by too many parishioners to count. Even after his horrendous accident injuring his leg on a kneeler left in the down position by one of your paid staff members and required surgery and reconstructive care he continued to practice and rehearse and participate in the Music Ministry. Even though NO ONE EVER INQUIRED ABOUT THE INJURY OR OFFERED EVEN ANY CONCERN. He continued to attend EVERY SUNDAY to show his support. At nearly 80 years old, and not having this way of offering his time and talent to God, will have a negative impact on his lifestyle. Oh yes, he will find find another sanctuary, however, he will suffer setbacks. Is you Administration to be blamed? No, not your Christian, Evangelist Admimistration. 3) the congregation who have been singing, clapping and praising God at the 10am Sunday Mass. Will they feel cheated out of angelic sounds from the grand piano and melodic guitar and the missing voices? Again, yes, but they Wiil adjust OR find another sanctuary. Is your administration to be blamed ?? YES YES YES YES and YES. You preach the gospel however, your bonehead , pompous, selfish decision to terminate the Director of Music Ministry shows your ignorance. I suggest you need to make a visit to the confessional. This correspondence will also be sent to the Diocese of St. Petersburg in a letter and anyone else that I feel would like to have this totally true directive. Katherine “Muffy” Reeder"

"have attended Saturday service several times a lot of distractions going on while during mass members of the choir go in and out of side door to left of altar at 3 times or more during service there is a person that takes count of the people in the church and has a loud clicker that you can here throughout the church sometimes it's just hard to focus on the mass voices echo through the church"

Any church that offers Gambling as a form of entertainment is not of God and it's apparent that the people in charge at this place is not here to protect & teach your children how to live a holy and moral life."
