"I have had stuff stored here. I have paid 200$ a month with insurance to find out there's a HUGE RAT infestation. All of my clothes are RUINED!!!! All of my bedding, towels, pillows, furniture, and boxes of important papers...RUINED!!!! I HAVE tried to call several times. No one answers the phones, nor do they return a call about this issue.
