"everytime I put in an online order, they get it wrong. I have yet to have my order correct. completely different sandwich. and they don't answer the phone. so tired of this. I went be going back to this location. I have given many chances, making a sandwich is not rocket science. with so many bad reviews you would think the owner would do something."

"I ordered a foot long sub, told the girl what I wanted and what I wanted on it, she repeated back to me what it said. Got home, she didn't put the cheese on it and didn't toast it, even though she she repeated back my order to me. I went today and just wanted to get 2 loaves of bread. She said I would have to pay for a whole sandwich. So they lost a small sale and a customer. Between this and never getting the order right, I won't be going back to this location"
"Veronica could not have been more helpful. My online order was processed over 100 miles from my home in Summerfield , Florida and the website had no way of canceling it. The location where the order went no one answered the phone for 20 minutes that I tried calling. Then a Constant busy signal. Was going to have to cancel the order on my credit card, and Veronica made my two subs. She is the kind of employee that Subway needs at all locations. Thank you so much for your help. Corporate office is also a management company and you can’t get through to them other than going straight to voicemail."
