"Richy hair used to be a good quality, however the last set of stickees they sent me were way off on the color. I noticed after opening the package. They had just gotten them in from their manufacturer and something clearly happened that wasn’t right because I compared them to the old batch of the same color and it was very different. Richy refused to return or exchange the product after initially saying they would! Terrible customer service and not an ethical company to rip off their customers. I will not buy from them again."

A co-worker recommended this salon to me and said she was able to make a same day appointment, which is very convenient for someone like me with a hectic work schedule. Shlomi, the salon manager, did my hair and it was honestly, the best color and cut of my life. He brought my blonde back to life while still keeping it natural looking. He cut my hair in a way that brought more shape and volume to my hair while maintaining the length. I have to say, I was super impressed with his professionalism and passion for his work.
