"Bad Service, Bad Nails. $100+ Mani/Pedi gel which did not last 5 days. 2 Nails broke, 2 chipped. Nail Tech spoke no English, did not provide service menu. Requested Paraffin, she pretended like she didn't understand even tho the word is almost the same in Spanish. Her coworker explained to her, she still did not provide the service. Nails started breaking & chipping within 5 days as tech used drill to take off gels thus making the nails thin & brittle. And that was after she left the acetone on my nails for 40 minutes and my skin started to burn. Had to ask her to take it off. Used so much acetone it dripped on me and my clothing and was super sloppy. Did not trim or push back cuticles or anything. Sloppy mess. Tech Was loud & obnoxious and chatted w/ co-worker entire time in Spanish loudly, I could hear her over my headphones. Interrupted service to work on other clients. Did no massage, did not ask whether I wanted them filed or trimmed. HORRIBLE. Called to get corrected 7 days later. Appt made, had to move appt due to working late. Called to push back appointment and Lady who answered phone was rude & said if I moved it would have to pay to fix their mistake and had a bad attitude. I told them I would find another salon. Will be reporting to BBB."
"Mani is the absolute best!!! A true artist at what she does. I’ve been doing my Apres nails with her for about a year now and it’s always stunning work with her designs. Pedicures look amazing too and always last. The salon is very pleasant. With their staff as well"
