"It was taking too long and I wouldn't be able to make it in time for the next schedule, so I just let it go. Since I had paid half in advance, the remaining amount was supposed to be $35, but they asked me for an additional $15 because I was leaving on the way. ($85) It's extremely rude and disrespectful for her to ask me, a customer, if I didn't know that it would take an hour and a half to get my nails done on top of being late at work. Everywhere I go I usually finish within 45 minutes with amazing job"
