"Everyone is nice. I think they pride themselves on speed. Every visit except for one with a different doctor was less than five minutes. I think I liked that one more, as he was a lot more gentle. When you sign up it’s a mandatory two months subscription, which they explain to you. The plan I got comes out to $157. So a little over $15 a visit. Which is really good if you’re able to go 10 times in two months. I was not. When I did go, it did feel like it helped. The visits don’t roll over, but they were kind enough to extend my billing period to try to allow me to use them. I went in to cancel bc even with that I just couldn’t use them all and it felt like a waste of money. I also felt like I was generally feeling better so I didn’t need to go as much. I decided to get adjusted one last time to try and get my money’s worth even though I didn’t really need it. Nothing really cracked, so the doctor just tried harder. It’s been 4 days and my neck still hurts. Don’t go if you don’t need it"

"This place markets itself as a walk in clinic with no hassles which is ironic as I walked in and after completing all of their forms was called back by the dr just to be turned away as I made it clear I wasn’t going to be in the area long term and this would only be a one time visit. He then tried to explain as well we don’t know your history etc etc, I’ve been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years they never have all my med records or anything and you can’t say your a walk in facility and demand that. Misleading establishment, poor customer service, false intentions; I would avoid at ALL COSTS!!"

"First off, the staff are amazing, and Dr. Shari is wonderful. After 20 or so years of pain and stiffness, one visit made a dramatic difference. I can now walk down the stairs facing forward instead of sideways to avoid a fall and the mobility in my neck is honestly the best it's been that I can recall.
