"I’ll change the star since all of the staff is wonderful except for one. Updated: We had another bad experience and it was the same dr as the last time. Everyone here is great except for Ivy Bagley. She is so dismissive and rude. Also shes “Been a dr for 15 yrs so you ask someone else if you want” So she’s always right apparently. Don’t bother using the weekend clinic. They rush you out without testing for anything. They blamed it on teething when she really had the flu. They didn’t even bother to test her even though several people in our house has the flu. Why have a weekend clinic when you treat everyone with such little care."

"I have been bringing my Children here since my oldest was born(She is now 18) my youngest is now 15. When my oldest was born a pediatric doctor came in my room and asked me where/who I would be taking her to. I didn’t know I was supposed to have one picked out(is what I said to the doctor). They told me I could choose whoever I wanted for her pediatrician to be. I said I want the best of the best in Pitt County. That’s when I was sent to Children’s Health Services Dr. Tate Holbrook a very awesome man that is now retired(Very Sad). My youngest has always seen Dr. Ozmeick. I also had it fixed in my Children’s charts that my kids only saw those two doctors and those two doctors only unless there was an emergency or there weren’t any appointments available. I have never had an issue with Dr. Holbrook or Dr. Ozmeick in 18 almost 19 years. I recommend this office to lots of people. It tell’s you something and tells you a lot when you say you want the best of the best and Greenville Pediatrics(who was here long before) recommends Children’s Health Services to you and your brand new mom for the first time. I would never look back and if there practice was to ever move out of North Carolina I would most definitely travel just so my kids could still have the doctors that has watched them grow since birth."
