"Everyone we've dealt with from the staff while trying to establish care, to reception, to the counselors, have been absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and just give you the impression that they genuinely care about you. Since each clinician accepts different insurance providers, the wait list can be long, depending on your insurance vs. ability to do self-pay. I imagine that's the same no matter where you go. We've had some bad experiences with counseling offices in the area over the years, so this was a refreshing change. Keep up the good work!!!"

"I have to first say that I loved my therapist, Ariana was helping me with the issues I am having but after the office charged me $100 for a late cancellation I will be leaving this practice. I asked for the owner to call me back because I was so sick with throwing up that there was no way I could of sat through a session unless I kept a bucket in front of me. The woman I spoke to just kept repeating to me that it was the policy from the owner, and that there is no talking around it because it’s set in stone. Well, after asking for the call from the owner, she never bothered to get around to calling me. If this is how they run their business, I don’t understand how they are even in business."
