Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

"had Sears come out a week and half ago! Check my ac/ the guy persuaded me to buy the warranty…. Guy left checked my ax as soon as he left. I’m t started doing the exact same thing! That was last Friday. I’m be spoken with 6 people today 1 told me I cancelled my warranty the other 5 could see it… but that’s not the problem.. the service guy who is supposed come recheck it says I owe $139 bucks but how! When I’m under 90 day warranty still doing the exact same thing. But when I try contact the local Sears service center here. Just keeps giving me recordings! And the lady promised me it’s on recall.. but my email Says I will owe 139 for them come check Out the same exact problem… let’s see how this goes.. spent most of my work day on the phone…. Oh I forgot spoke with someone for about 20 minutes he had all my info he either hung up or we got disconnected!! But he never called me back!!"

"We have been Sears customers for 50+ years. Scheduled an urgent AC repair for a family member who is elderly. Temperatures in the 90's. Technician came out over a week ago and charged $200 for a diagnostic. He recommended an engine replacement which we want to proceed with, but we can not get him to re-engage or provide a timeline for the replacement part. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever."

"Hired Sears Home Services to install new roof. Not satisfied. Roof was installed quickly and it shows. Slam bam job. Below average workmanship. Disappointed in the results. Former roof was torn off by hurricane because it was old, but not sure if this one will hold up to next one. Many of the shingles are not secured, drip edge not secured, they kept losing my materials during shipments, and communication was bad or non-existent, took forever to have soffit installed, and no notice, soffit guy just showed up, so i could not go to work. there was also turnover of employees too, so contacts were always changing. The rep who hooked me up was good and professional, but the execution part of project was bad."

"Absolutely do not go with Sears. Find someone willing to stand behind their work or at least live up to what they say they will do. Had my entire roof replaced and theit subcontractors didn't even build it to code or to the standard for the Owens Corning roofing system. I have been trying to work with the Pensacola office since April to get the issues resolved. I get no response to emails or to phone calls from the office. Additionally, there was damage to the siding of the house they have not come to fix. STAY AWAY!"

"Sears did our home project including siding and gutters. They are very reliable and did a great job! Will definitely call them again for future projects."
