"Very great experience! Took my work laptop there to troubleshoot a display issue, and they ran some tests and got back to me after reseating all the connections and the laptop was working again! All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure that all my questions were answered throughout the process. He was obviously very experienced with troubleshooting iPhone issues, and he immediately got to work. He developed a plan for addressing the problems I was having, and he made sure to keep me well-informed as he worked. Dale implemented his plan, and I believe that he resolved the problems I was having. He suggested that I continue to use the phone, and he assured me that if the problems recurred that he would be happy to address them with some additional steps. Dale was patient and professional.
