"By far the worse experience from the front desk to the actual Doctor. He was very matter of fact and wasn't very interactive, almost like we were bothering him. The front team also was absolutely atrocious, when I showed up for my 11:15 appointment at 11:19, the claimed that my appointment was supposed to be at 11 and were quick to reinforce that I was late.My wife showed them the confirmation email showing that indeed my appointment time was set for 11:15 and even then, they tried to convince me to reschedule,this entire interaction was just absurd. Ultimately I did do with a different practice and the customer service was top notch, front desk staff was eager to help and the doctor was pleasant. In conclusion, this review is 100% bias free, but there are standards that were simply not met. It isy hope that you take this feedback well and make changes. Also, kindly refrain from responding with your obligatory generic ' we are sorry to hear.....' message."

"The staff was friendly and great with answering any questions or concerns. Dr. Carlos was awesome! He made sure to give us some very helpful advice and tips and he fulfilled our requests in a timely manner. We left feeling satisfied and confident"

"Fine service, poor accessibility. The hours seem to change on a monthly basis, which is incredibly frustrating when the doctor reminds me I’m expected to visit twice weekly for shots. Additionally, the hours are not accommodating for people who have jobs."

"We had an initial consult visit. Office was very friendly. Dr. Patel is incredible. He took lots of time to explain our previous labs. Was very thorough. Gave us excellent advice we hadn’t heard before. Definitely glad we found him. The whole family will be switching to this office!"

"Receptionist was very nice! Offixe was clean. Once I got to the back there was a short wait. Nurse was nice and Dr was very thorough about what options i had and steps to take. Looking forward to getting some much needed sinus relief!"
