"I really hesitated on whether to leave this review, however I think it's important for people to know what to expect at a counseling center that advertises itself as Christian. I will say that the office staff is extremely professional and courteous. The first therapist that worked there was amazing in dealing with adhd in kids, but she is at a different practice now. The second therapist was kind, compassionate, and helpful. However, on the spiritual side of things, the first therapist criticized me when I brought up praying with my child through a situation. The second therapist was discussing a couple of yoga poses. I know there is a lack of understanding by many on this issue, however yoga is absolutely nothing that Christians should have anything to do with as at its root it is literal demon worship. I don't believe the therapist is aware of this. When seeking therapy again recently, I decided to go with a pastoral counselor and the difference was huge. It truly felt like incorporating faith and spirituality into counseling. So I guess this review is really directed at those who are wanting a feel for whether or not this is the place to go for Christian counseling."
