New Health Dentistry

"These thieves took my money and didn't pay the lab to make my dentures, so the lab didn't make them, then New Health Dentistry declared bankruptcy, and their debt collector/debt buyers are now trying to sue me for non payment! I had to start all over again with new dentists and money I didn't have!"

"The employees are friendly but they're booking too many customers for the lack of staff causing extremely long wait time. Also I'm concerned about the different staff on a daily basis. They need to hire more dentist & staff & keep them at that location. I've had several crowns put in there as well as my son & the staff seemed inexperienced with prepping the tooth & bonding temp crown. I didn't like the appearance of my permanent crown either"

"I don't want to even give one star. I beg you to not go to this dental group. $800 ended up being $1200 AND the crown they put in 9 months ago now needs a root canal. I went to their office ten times because of this crown. My last visit a new dentist was there. Before she knew her office put in the crown, she tells me that the crown needed a root canal. "There has been too much manipulation of this crown and will need a root canal." that is when I asked my credit card to deny payment. After an investigation into my case, the office manager LIED saying I had never complained nor revisited their office!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!"

"Over charged told crowns (4) would be $299 each every time I went back added more charges always something else needed. My 4 crowns $5800.00. Techs and office staff nice but it's all about getting more money. I'll go out of the country for my next dental needs. They get you started and in the middle of procedures more $$$$ I'll never go or recommend them to anyone. I could have had a month on the beach and dental work for what they charged."

"Took my mom to get a tooth pulled they told her it would be $90.00. She already had the x-rays taken we chose to come here because they said they would do it cheaper all lies we get here then they tell my mom it will be $400.00 dollars to pull the tooth due to it being impacted which it is not the last dentist told her they would all be easy to pull they were just gonna cost $133.00 so with her being on disability she chose to come here just to be lied to she went back for 5 minutes and they charged here $60.00 for absolutely nothing this place is a rip off trying to take advantage of people smh I am furious this place is a joke!!!!"
