"Even though it's a 55+ community they accept a certain percentage of 40 and older residents and that makes it nice, it's nice and quiet there. There isn't too many 55+ communities that do that. So far this is the only one i found."
"We came to this community 2 years ago from East Tennessee and we absolutely love it here! We can ride our bikes down a block and be in beautiful Seminole Lake Park! This community is in a prime location for beaches,parks,shopping,fishing, you name it. Just 5 miles from the closest beach. Fantastic property management and staff. Clubhouse is really nice with pool table, cornhole, board games, tv/movies, large eating area with tables and kitchenette, restrooms, great place to have family gatherings. All in all really great park and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Frank & Tina"
"Been here about 3 months, management is great! Lot's of improvements, cleaning it up and making it look sharp. Good Job everyone! Lot's of friendly people here too! Not quiet but it isn't noisy, the people in this park live vs prepare to die."
