"Granted I went in at 2am there were no other customers in sight but the two employees working neither one of them said hello when I walked in even though I stopped right by the front where they both were and I walked around the entire store looking around they ever asked if I need help. When I finally checked out the girl still never asked how I was doing . They both were more preoccupied with getting outside to smoke cigarettes then paying attention to the customers at all.. I had just got out of the hospital 7 hrs earlier in the afternoon. I am both disappointed and then I am not surprised at all. I will return again because I do like Wawas days staff pleasant and professional."

"This is for pizza only as subs are good. Their pizza is not good. We got a cheese pizza and the crust was like cardboard. We ended up throwing 1/2 out as it wasn't worth keeping."

"More times than not short of help employees calling in, al lot of them have to have two jobs to make a living. Hours cut to 32 so no insurance. Your employees are the bottom line."

"Multiple times a week i stop in to get the croissant sandwiches and they are completely burnt to the point where you can’t even bite them they are so hard, this has never really been a problem in the past however lately it’s become problem after problem. I live 5 minutes down the road so i use to call and request that they make some so i can grab and pay when i get there however now i’m told there’s new management and they don’t allow orders like that anymore even though even if i didn’t pick up the order they could just simply put it in the hot plate, i understand a huge order but i only order like 1-4 at a time. Then i’m told they can either refund me for the burnt sandwiches or they can remake them but they will come out the same because thats how they cook. The whole point of a croissant is the soft flakiness if the bread and its never been an issue before recently. before the sandwiches were nice and brown and cooked to perfection but now I'm told by management thats how they come so i needed to deal with it or order something else? I don't know what recent changes they've made to management but they need to take a hard look at their choices in customer service."
